  “Certificate of title” means the authorization granted through the Board for any partnership, firm, association, corporation, llc or limited liability partnership to make use of the title “registered interior designer” or any modification or derivation of those terms

10.  “Landscape architect” means an individual licensed to rehearse landscape architecture as provided within the Condition Architectural and Designers Act

11.  “Landscape architecture” means the performance of expertise understood to be teaching, consultation services, research, reconnaissance, research, planning, design, preparation of construction sketches and specifications, and construction observation regarding the the look and organizing of land and also the elements thereon for private and public use and pleasure, such as the layout and design of roads, service areas, parking areas, pathways, steps, ramps, pools, the place and stating of enhancements including structures along with other structures, and also the certifying from the land, surface and subsoil drainage, erosion control, planting, reforestation, and also the upkeep from the natural landscape, in compliance with recognized professional standards, and also to the extent the dominant reason for such services or creative works may be the upkeep, conservation, enhancement, or resolution of proper land uses, natural land features, ground cover and plants, or naturalistic and aesthetic values.

12.  “Code” means the across the country recognized building code adopted through the local, municipal, or county jurisdiction where a building is situated.  Where no building code continues to be adopted through the local, municipal or county jurisdiction, all structures shall satisfy the needs from the condition building code as adopted through the Office from the Condition Fire Marshal

13.  “Applicable building official” means the state accountable for the use of the adopted building code as implemented through the local, municipal or county jurisdiction where a building is situated.  Where no building code continues to be adopted through the local, municipal or county jurisdiction, the relevant building official will be understood to be the Condition Fire Marshal and

14.   "Registered interior designer" means an individual identified by this condition who's registered, qualified by education, experience and examination and meeting all of the needs established within the Condition Architectural and Registered Designers Act and also the Board’s rules.
